Nice little bites of cheese cake baked in decorative paper lined small muffin tins. Easy. Festive.

Ingredients
  • 3-8 ounce packages Philly Cream Cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • TOPPING
  • 2-8 ounce cartons sour cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
  1. In large bowl, with mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla until smooth
  2. Spoon or pour into paper lined mini-muffin tins
  3. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes
  4. TOPPING
  5. In medium bowl, mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla
  6. Spread on bites after baking 40 minutes
  7. Return to oven for 5 minutes
  8. NOTE: May top the bites with a mini-dab of cherry, strawberry, apricot jam
