Delicate Cheese Cake Bites Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • In large bowl, with mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla until smooth
  • Spoon or pour into paper lined mini-muffin tins
  • Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes
  • TOPPING
  • In medium bowl, mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla
  • Spread on bites after baking 40 minutes
  • Return to oven for 5 minutes
  • NOTE: May top the bites with a mini-dab of cherry, strawberry, apricot jam
