How to make it

  • In a large laksa bowl, cut the Choy Sum into 10 cm lengths and put in the bowl.
  • Add a small handful of bean sprouts on top, then the tofu cut into thin slices. Peal the ginger and cut into match sticks, as much as you can handle.
  • Prepare the thai soup mix as in structed it will take about 2 minutes for the rice noodle to roll, this means it's ready. Crack a raw egg into the soup, allow to sit for about 10 sec then lightly stir through it should look like egg drop soup.
  • Pour over the raw Veggi's. Sprinkle the dry fried onions over the top.
