How to make it
- Sift all dry ingredients together. Beat butter and sugar till creamy, add molasses, egg and the sifted ingredients. Mix until dough forms. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll dough into 2cm balls, without flattening them. Roll the balls in caster sugar and bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes.
