You can make this into three 3"x6" loaf pans to give as gifts. You would reduce baking time to 30 to 35 minutes.
Prep:20m Cook:60m Servings:8

This apple cheese bread was absolutely delicious! My husband does not care for nuts in things, but he even liked it. Very moist. The only thing I had a bit of trouble with was that it was a bit on the crumbly side. I wonder if I put too much apple in it. I tried to put the 1 1/2 cup, but I ground two granny smith and it was a tad over. Also didn't have sharp cheddar cheese so used monteray jack. Was excellent, though! Thanks! (Again, I hope you don't mind my uploading a picture!)
