I make these for my hubby and our group of friends that like to watch football. They are always a big hit.

Ingredients
  • 6 - 6 or 8 inch Hoagie rolls, split
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 lb sliced deli salami
  • 1/2 lb sliced deli turkey
  • 1/2 lb sliced deli ham
  • ( I prefer using shaved lunchmeat on these makes them a lot prettier lol, and we prefer thinner cuts)
  • 1/2 lb sliced provolone cheese (pepperjack works well too)
  • 1 large tomato, sliced thin
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup melted garlic butter

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Brush the cut sides of rolls with Italian dressing.
  3. Layer bottom halves of rolls with meats, cheese, tomato, and onion.
  4. Replace tops of rolls.
  5. Lightly brush top of rolls with butter.
  6. Place each sandwich in aluminum foil and wrap tightly.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  8. Carefully remove foil and serve.
  9. Goes nice with a cold beer and a game! :o)
  10. Enjoy!
