Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted walnut halves, chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) Pepperidge FarmĀ® Puff Pastry Shells
  • cream for sweetened whipped cream
  • almond or orange-flavored ligueur

Directions
  1. HEAT cream and sugar in saucepan to a boil. Cook over medium heat about 6 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Let cool.
  2. STIR in walnuts, cranberries and cinnamon.
  3. MEANWHILE bake pastry shells according to package directions. Remove from baking sheet and cool on wire rack.
  4. DIVIDE walnut mixture among pastry shells.
  5. Serve with one of the Suggested Accompaniments and garnish plate with the flavored whipped cream

What a beautiful dish. I'm all over the orange flavored liquour, love the combination with the cranberries. Isn't Pepperidge Farms Puff pastry a lifesaver!!
