Great little chocolate chip and nut balls. Have been making for many years. Great on holiday tray

Ingredients
- 6 oz. or 3/4c. butter,softened
- 1/2c. sugar
- 1t. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2c.flour
- 1/2t. salt
- 1c. pecans,chopped
- 6 oz. or 3/4c mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 c granulated or powdered sugar for rolling.
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar in mixer. Add the remaining ingredients one at a time
- Shape ingredients into small balls(about 1') in the palm of your hand and bake on a cookie sheet for about 12-15 mins until the cookies are slightly brown on the bottom and white on top.
- Remove from oven and immediately roll warm cookies in one of the sugars.
- Place on rack to cool.
- Store in airtight container.
