My kids love this dish. Its a great way to get them to eat vegetables. Serve it with some bread and you have a quick easy meal

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg fettuccine(1 lb)
  • 8 oz. sliced mozzarella cheese( to line bottom of 9 x 13 pan)
  • 2-3 boneless chicken breasts(diced, cooked)
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli 91 lb.), you can use fresh, cooked
  • Sauce:
  • 2 cups of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp instant (dried) onion
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese(don't add to sauce)

Directions
  1. Cook Fettuccine according to pkg. directions, drain.
  2. In a 9x13 pan that has been lined on the bottom with the sliced mozzarella cheese, place diced, cooked chicken.
  3. Spread fettuccine over chicken.
  4. Add 1 lb. bag of broccoli evenly over the fettuccine(no need to thaw before hand)
  5. Make the sauce by mixing all ingredients(except parmesan cheese) in a medium size bowl.
  6. Spoon sauce over other ingredients.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.
  8. bake at 350* for 1 hour.
  9. If parmesan cheese gets to brown before cooking time is up, cover with foil and continuc cookineg
