Cinnamon Cider Dip Recipe

Delicious way to eat apples. I've also put over vanilla ice cream. I think this comes from Better Homes and Gardens

Ingredients
- 2 tbls. corn starch
- 1 tbls. brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups apple cider or apple juice
- 3 tbls. honey
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Dash allspice
- Dash ground cloves
- 1 tbls. butter
- 4 apples, cored and sliced.
- Lemon juice to sprinkle over apples
Directions
- In medium saucepan, over low heat, combine cornstarch and brown sugar.
- Stir in next 6 ingredients.
- Turn heat up to medium and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add butter, stirring until melted.
- Serve warm with sliced apples.
