Blue Cheese Bacon Lettuce Wedges

This salad is so delicious and quick to make. Everyone loves it. Could easily be a complete meal.

wash, and dry lettuce, quarter
cook bacon until crispy--I microwave mine, about 5 minutes
chop tomatoes
Place a wedge of lettuce on a plate, cover with dressing, chopped tomatoes, blue cheese and crisp bacon, crumbled.
Enjoy!
