Easy Delicious Nutty Marshmallow Log Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups chopped pecans

About 1-1/4 cups powdered sugar, divided

1 (16 ounce) package marshmallows

3-4 tablespoons peanut butter

Directions

Combine pecans and 1 cup powdered sugar

Sprinkle the above mixture evenly over a large sheet of waxed paper

Place marshmallows in top of double boiler, bring water to boil

Reduce heat to low; cook until marshmallows melt

Stir in peanut butter

Pour marshmallow mixture over powdered sugar pecan mixture

Mix with hands, until pecans and sugar are blended into marshmallow mixture and mixture resembles soft dough

Shape into 2 rolls, 1 inch in diameter

Let stand about 45 minutes

Roll candy in remaining powdered sugar

Let stand at least 30 minutes

Cut into 1/4 inch slices

Store in a covered container, separating layers with waxed paper
