Easy Delicious Nutty Marshmallow Log

Nutty marshmallow log...delicious, quick, easy, makes 100 small slices. Children can help make this one. Store in a container separating layers with waxed paper. Does not have to be refrigerated.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped pecans shopping list
- About 1-1/4 cups powdered sugar, divided shopping list
- 1 (16 ounce) package marshmallows shopping list
- 3-4 tablespoons peanut butter shopping list
How to make it
- Combine pecans and 1 cup powdered sugar
- Sprinkle the above mixture evenly over a large sheet of waxed paper
- Place marshmallows in top of double boiler, bring water to boil
- Reduce heat to low; cook until marshmallows melt
- Stir in peanut butter
- Pour marshmallow mixture over powdered sugar pecan mixture
- Mix with hands, until pecans and sugar are blended into marshmallow mixture and mixture resembles soft dough
- Shape into 2 rolls, 1 inch in diameter
- Let stand about 45 minutes
- Roll candy in remaining powdered sugar
- Let stand at least 30 minutes
- Cut into 1/4 inch slices
- Store in a covered container, separating layers with waxed paper
