Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen/fresh brussel sprouts
- 2-3 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 3 gloves of garlic (slivered)
- fried red onions (you can get this at at the asian supermarket)
- salt + pepper to taste
- 1-2 tsp. olive oil
Directions
- Heat oil and butter in saute pan and let it butter turn slight brown, put in the slivered garlics for just a minute
- Put in the brussel sprouts, salt, pepper to taste
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes when the butter has been reduced and the sprouts are carmelized.
- Dish it and garnish with fried red onions

Delicious!! This and oven-roasting brussels sprouts are my two fave ways to cook them. I love the browned butter and the nutty-flavor that caramelized sprouts take on. Great one - a real keeper! Thanks again!!
