How to make it

  • Heat oil and butter in saute pan and let it butter turn slight brown, put in the slivered garlics for just a minute
  • Put in the brussel sprouts, salt, pepper to taste
  • Cook for about 15-20 minutes when the butter has been reduced and the sprouts are carmelized.
  • Dish it and garnish with fried red onions

    Delicious!! This and oven-roasting brussels sprouts are my two fave ways to cook them. I love the browned butter and the nutty-flavor that caramelized sprouts take on. Great one - a real keeper! Thanks again!!
