Extra Easy Quick Funnel Cakes

Make someone happy with a funnel cake! This is an extra easy recipe. Oh, so good. Just stir it up quickly, a minute or two in the frying pan, remove, and dust with powdered sugar.
Ingredients
- 2 cups self-rising flour shopping list
- 4 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 3 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1-1/4 cups milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, place dry ingredients, whisk to blend
- Add egg and milk, whisking thoroughly
- Drop from funnel into hot oil in small frying pan, and fry until golden brown
- Remove, drain on paper towel
- Dust with powdered sugar
