Pretzel Surprise Recipe

This is a different type of salad or dessert... which ever way you want to use it...

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- cream cheese, softened (3 oz)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 20 oz crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 cool whip, thawed (8 oz)
Directions
- Mix first 3 ingredients together and press into a 8 x 8 dish, saving half of the pretzel mixture for the top.
- In a large bowl , mix powdered sugar and cream cheese together; blend well.
- Fold in pineapple.
- Add carton of cool whip to this mixture.
- Fold this into pretzel crust.
- Sprinkle remaining half of pretzels mixture over this.
- Chill.
