Pretzel Surprise Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix first 3 ingredients together and press into a 8 x 8 dish, saving half of the pretzel mixture for the top.
  • In a large bowl , mix powdered sugar and cream cheese together; blend well.
  • Fold in pineapple.
  • Add carton of cool whip to this mixture.
  • Fold this into pretzel crust.
  • Sprinkle remaining half of pretzels mixture over this.
  • Chill.

    OMG I was going to make this for a friend, but I am keeping it to myself!! I tried it (scraped the bowl clean) and boy was it ever so good.. My daughter who don't care too much for whip cream or pineapples loves this!!! thank you -- thank you!!!
