  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions
  1. COOK pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min. of the pasta cooking time.
  2. MEANWHILE, cook tomatoes in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. Add cream cheese and seasoning; cook 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  3. DRAIN pasta mixture. Add to tomato mixture in skillet; mix lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

Hey, I really appreciate that you sent me three recipes! But I guess I need to announce that I must eat gluten-free (I have celiac disease--can't eat anything with wheat, rye, oats, or barley).
However, this third recipe you sent provides a good-looking recipe for other kinds of pasta. I can buy vermicelli, fettucini, and lasagne noodles in a gluten-free form.
