Ingredients
  • 1lb. boneless country style pork ribs,trimmed and cut into 3" pieces
  • 2t. canola oil
  • 1 med. onion, cut into 1/4" slices and separated into rings
  • 3T. maple syrup
  • 2T spicy brown or dijon mustard

Directions
  1. In a lg. skillet,brown ribs in oil on all sides;drain. Place ribs and onion in a 11/2Qt. slow cooker. Combine syrup and mustard;pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours or till meat is tender.
