Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut the sourdough loaf into four parts and then cut open to create top and bottom halves.
  • Cover both halves of the bread with honey dijon salad dressing.
  • Place a slice of cheese on each half of the bread.
  • Loosely pile turkey breast on the bottom half of the bread and top with two slices of cooked bacon.
  • Put two halves together and cook on panini grill; in the oven at 250 for about 5 minutes or until bread is browned; or put on stovetop in skillet and smash with a cast iron skillet.

The nutritional value would vary depending on the brand of meat and cheese that you use. I have not figured out the value for what I use.
