  • pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 2
  • thin slices prosciutto, cut in 1-inch wide strips
  • 1
  • tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1/8
  • teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2
  • tablespoons chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1/4
  • cup crumbled goat OR feta cheese

Directions
  1. PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Line a 10 1/2x15 1/2x1-inch baking pan with Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil; set aside.
  2. WRAP asparagus spears in bundles of 3 or 4 with a strip of proscuitto around middle.
  3. Place bundles in a single layer in foil-lined pan.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over asparagus bundles.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with roasted red peppers.
  7. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until asparagus is crisp tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. CONTINUE BAKING 5 minutes or until cheese is softened and heated through.
  9. REYNOLDS KITCHENS TIP: To line pan, flip pan upside down. Press a sheet of foil around pan. Remove foil. Flip pan upright and drop foil inside. Crimp edges to rim of pan.
