How to make it

  • Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Remove from the heat and put in peanut butter, stir till smooth then add the cereal. Stir together. Pat on cookie sheet to approximately 3/4 inch. Let Cool. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips - microwave works great. Pour over cookies and let cool. Cut into bars.

    Sunny, I haven't had corn flake cookies in year. If I remember correctly, we use to have these at Christmas years ago or a form of this recipe. I am going to make these. JUSTLEARNING
