Corn Flakes Cookies Recipe
A tasty alternative use for your breakfast cereal.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup white corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 5 cups Corn Flakes cereal
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips
  • 6 ounces butterscotch chips

Directions
  1. Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Remove from the heat and put in peanut butter, stir till smooth then add the cereal. Stir together. Pat on cookie sheet to approximately 3/4 inch. Let Cool. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips - microwave works great. Pour over cookies and let cool. Cut into bars.

Sunny, I haven't had corn flake cookies in year. If I remember correctly, we use to have these at Christmas years ago or a form of this recipe. I am going to make these. JUSTLEARNING
