Ingredients
  • 1/4c each honey and lemon juice
  • 2T. sou sauce
  • 1T dry sherry
  • 2 cloves garlic,minced
  • 4 boneless center cut lean pork chops(about 4 oz each)

Directions
  1. In small bowl,combine all ingredients except pork chops. Place chops in a shallow baking dish;pour marinade over pork. Cover and refrigerate 4hours or overnight. Remove pork from marinade'heat remaining marinade in a small saucepan over med,. heat to simmer. Broil pork chops 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 12 to 15 mins,turning once during cooking and basting frequently with marinade.

I have the same recipe except I add 1/2 tsp. of fresh grated ginger and do it in a crockpot. Will have to try it your way.thanks..
