Ingredients

Potatoes:

3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs, beaten

1 tsp. vanilla

1/3 cup milk

1/2 cup butter

Topping:

1 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup flour

1/3 cup butter

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and butter.

Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole dish.

Combine brown sugar, flour, butter, and nuts.

Spread over top of potatoes.

Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is golden.
