Vegetarian Chili

- 1 - 14 1/2-ounce can tomatoes shopping list
- 1 - 15-ounce can tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 - 15 1/2-ounce can cannellini beans shopping list
- 1 - 16-ounce can light red kidney beans shopping list
- 1 - 16-ounce can dark red kidney beans shopping list
- 1 - 4-ounce package chili mix shopping list
- 1 - 4 1/2-ounce can chilies shopping list
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1 - 15-ounce can water shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in soup pot and stir to mix.
- Place on medium heat, stirring every 3 minutes until chili starts to slowly boil.
- Turn heat to low.
- Cook chili for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- You can top with some crackers, nutritional yeast, Tofutti Sour Cream and chives. Serve.
