I love these cookies but I ended up eating most of them because I couldn't cut them nice enough to give away ( wink wink) the recipe came from a can of Diamond Walnuts.

Hi! I did make them yesterday and took them to a meeting that I went to last night. Everyone liked them. They taste like a chocolate cookie without the chocolate (does that make sense?) I'm going to make them thinner next time by cooking them in a bigger pan. I had doubled the recipe so I had plenty to share! Just to let you know, there wasn't one left for me at the end of the meeting so I'm just going to have to make them again!
