This is an easy way of doing tomato soup - quick and hearty

Ingredients
  • 1 24 oz tin of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup tomato juice (or V8)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Directions
  1. In a pot add all ingredients except cream - allow to come to a boil - puree and add cream - season to taste.
