This is wonderful. I serve it as a side with ham or pork, or as a dessert spooned over coconut ice cream. YUMMMMMM!

Ingredients
  • 3/4c. sugar
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2T. cornstarch
  • 2 eggs; beaten
  • 1/4c. water
  • 1t. vanilla
  • butter
  • cinnamon

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together & put into casserole dish.
  2. Dot with butter & sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Bake 350F for 30-45 minutes.
