How to make it

  • Soak fish in COLD salt water for 5 minutes...
  • Drain WELL
  • Dip in egg
  • dip in crumbs and pat into the fish
  • place on platter and let stand for a few minutes until breading sets
  • Heat equil parts oil and butter in a heavy fry pan
  • Add fish and brown quickly on one side
  • Turn over, salt and brown
  • Serve immediately with Lemon wedges and tarter if wanted!
  • Easy... Enjoy!
