CRISP CRUSTED SOLE OR FLOUNDER

- 4 sole fillets shopping list
- COLD salted water shopping list
- 2 beaten eggs shopping list
- Crushed cornflakes... about 2 cups shopping list
- Salt shopping list
- lemon wedges shopping list
How to make it
- Soak fish in COLD salt water for 5 minutes...
- Drain WELL
- Dip in egg
- dip in crumbs and pat into the fish
- place on platter and let stand for a few minutes until breading sets
- Heat equil parts oil and butter in a heavy fry pan
- Add fish and brown quickly on one side
- Turn over, salt and brown
- Serve immediately with Lemon wedges and tarter if wanted!
- Easy... Enjoy!
