Candy Cane Mousse

Found on the internet - we liked this alot. Very refreshing.
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream shopping list
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2/3 cup finely crushed candy canes shopping list
How to make it
- Beat cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff.
- Fold in finely crushed candy canes to blend.
- Place mixture into 6 dessert dishes.
- Serve immediately.
