How to make it
- mince shallot and sautee in approx 1oz butter, add remaining butter, honey, salt, and mango. Simmmer on very low heat.
- salt and pepper groupe
- grill 4 mins on each side in diamond pattern
- plate, sauce
- serving suggestions; grilled asparagus, fresh fruit salsa, rice and beans
