Chocolate Cheesecake Pie Recipe

This is a rich pie, so easy to make, simple and delicious and looks beautiful prepared. Perfect combo of chocolate and cheesecake without all of the typical cheesecake baking fuss.

Ingredients
- 1 -8oz package of cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup of butter softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups of milk chocolate chips melted and cooled
- 1 carton of Cool Whip topping
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inch one)
Directions
- In a mixing bowl beat together the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and sugar til smooth.
- Beat in melted chocolate.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spoon into the crust and spread with a frosting knife.
- Cover and freeze for around an hour.
- Looks beautiful garnished with mini chocolate chips or extra whipped topping.
