Texas Sheet Cake Recipe

Yummie and moist, travels well, keeps well and I never bring home any.. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- Bring to a boil 1 c. water, 2 sticks Margarine (not country crock or Spread.. Far to much water...) can use butter flavor crisco
- 4T. cocoa,
- 1tsp. Vanilla..
- Pour This Over
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar,
- 1 Tbs. cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking soda..
- Mix well then add
- 2 eggs beaten
- ½ c. buttermilk. If you don't have Buttermilk, Put 1 TBS vinegar in 1/2 cup measure fill with milk let set ill gets chunky.. this is sour milk..
- Mix and bake 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min in a Greased cookie sheet with sides
- Icing.
- Boil
- 4T. cocoa,
- 6T. milk,
- 1 stick Margarine or butter crisco....
- 1tsp.Vanilla.
- Add one box or so of confectioners - Powdered sugar,
- add 1 ½ c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans. OPTIONAL.. BUT GOOD IF YOU HAVE THEM
- Ice while cake is still warm.
- Cut in squares..
