Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 1/2 pounds sweet italian sausage (you can use hot if you life), taken out of their casings.
  • 1 large can of tomato sauce
  • 1 packet of Carrol Shelby's chili mix (I don't use the cayenne pepper packet, or the salt packet, but if you like cayenne pepper go on ahead and add it)
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary
  • Sour cream
  • Shredded cheese
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions
  1. Brown the ground beef, italian sausage, onion, rosemary and garlic together.
  2. Pour in can of tomato sauce when meat is brown and done. Fill half the can with water and pour that in too.
  3. Stir, and add in the Spices and Masa packet from the Carrol Shelby's mix.
  4. Mix together and add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour this mix into a hot crock pot and your done.
  6. Eat it throughout the day or for dinner, top it with sour cream, shredded cheese, or whatever else you like to top your chili with.
  7. You can even use this with my chili cheese fries!
