How to make it

  • Beat the crust ing until crumbly . It will be very dry . Press the dough on the bottom and sides of a 24 inch non stick tart pan . Chill it for 1/2 an hour .
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees . Bake the crust for 25 - 30 mins . Cool it completely .
  • Beat the Filling A .
  • Spread on the tart .
  • Filling B
  • Simmer the milk and the vanilla .
  • Whisk the egg yolks , sugar and the cornstarch . Add the milk . whisk until its thick .
  • Cool it completely .
  • Spread on top of filling A
  • Arrange the Glazed fruits on top .
  • Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until set .
