Mixed Fruit Tart

- 1 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking pwd shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
- 2 tbsp caster sugar shopping list
- Filling A shopping list
- 96 oz ceam cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 tbsp caster sugar shopping list
- Filling B shopping list
- 405 gram low fat evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 2 tbsp caster sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- Topping glazed in sugar syrup shopping list
- strawberries shopping list
- kiwis shopping list
- oranges shopping list
- berries shopping list
How to make it
- Beat the crust ing until crumbly . It will be very dry . Press the dough on the bottom and sides of a 24 inch non stick tart pan . Chill it for 1/2 an hour .
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees . Bake the crust for 25 - 30 mins . Cool it completely .
- Beat the Filling A .
- Spread on the tart .
- Filling B
- Simmer the milk and the vanilla .
- Whisk the egg yolks , sugar and the cornstarch . Add the milk . whisk until its thick .
- Cool it completely .
- Spread on top of filling A
- Arrange the Glazed fruits on top .
- Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until set .
