Cheese Stuffed Hungarian Peppers Recipe

Ingredients

1- 1/2 lb riccata cheese

1 lb mozarella cheese, shredded

1/2 C parmesan cheese

2 eggs

1 tsp salt

1 tsp parsley

1 Tbs oil

1 - 2 Gloves of garlic, pressed (to taste)

12 Hungarian Peppers, cleaned

Directions

Mix all cheeses together.

Add salt, parsley, and garlic - mix well.

Stuff peppers with cheese mixture.

Place on foil lined baking sheet.

Drizzle oil on peppers.

Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

They're also called a Hot Wax Pepper and is real close to a Banana Pepper. They are a little spicy and OH SO DELICIOUS!!!! Not sure how it would come out cooked in a green pepper - not a fan of cooked green peppers.
