Cheese Stuffed Hungarian Peppers

This is a fantabulous recipe that I've grown up with and absolutely love love love. You absolutely have to make it with good quality Hungarian peppers.
Ingredients
- 1- 1/2 lb riccata cheese shopping list
- 1 lb mozarella cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1/2 C parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp parsley shopping list
- 1 Tbs oil shopping list
- 1 - 2 Gloves of garlic, pressed (to taste) shopping list
- 12 Hungarian peppers, cleaned shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all cheeses together.
- Add salt, parsley, and garlic - mix well.
- Stuff peppers with cheese mixture.
- Place on foil lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle oil on peppers.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
