How to make it

  • Place corned beef in a lightly greased 9- X 13-inch baking dish.
  • Dot with dressing.
  • Spread sauerkraut over top; sprinkle with cheese.
  • Toss breadcrumbs with the butter; sprinkle over cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly.

    Ah HA! Gluten! I KNEW you had to be a "regular" person who only "masquarades" as a gluten free human! :o) This sounds WONDERFUL! DH & I can have it while the kids eat their gluten free "cheesy noodles" (rice bran noodles with olive oil & parmesan!) THANK YOU!
