Hot Sausage Balls Recipe

Ingredients

1lb.Jimmy Dean Hot sausage(you could use regular sausage but then they wouldn't be Hot sausage Balls would they?)

2 C. Bisquick baking mix

1/2 lb.Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese grated

Directions

Pre - Heat oven to 350

Combine HOT sausage and cheese in a mixing bowl w/ a wooden spoon

Add bisquick and get your hands in there mixing thouro...mix up good

Make 1 inch balls and place on large heavy baking sheet

Bake 20 to 25 minutes , depending on the size of yer balls

Alternate route

You can take 3 dozen fresh mushrooms and remove their stems

make balls a bit smaller and stuff in to mushroom button

cook accordingly

I hate mushrooms so I don't go for this, but you might
