Glazed Pecans Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup pecans

2 tbsps dark brown sugar (packed)

1 tbsp honey

2 tsps soy sauce

1 tsp chili powder

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until pecans are evenly coated.

Cover a cookie sheet with foil wrap - spread well coated pecans in a single layer on cookie sheet. Stir once or twice while baking for 7-8 minutes - seperate any nuts that have clumped together - cool completely before storing - these make great little gift bags - I place them inside a unique coffee mug along with either a single serving size speciality coffee or hot chocolate - its one of those things you can have sitting around at the holiday time or anytime for that matter.

Store any nuts in an air tight container and in the freezer if storing for greater than 10 days - of course I want to see these last longer than minutes!!!!
