How to make it

  • heat oven to 400
  • Heat deer and gravy in saucepan. Cook until the deer is cooked throughout. Add peas and carrots, and seasoned salt. Heat stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  • Spread in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  • Stir together bisquick and milk.
  • Pour evenly over deer mixture.
  • Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until light brown.

    I think this has very good potential! I always have deer of some form in the freezer, so I too am looking for new ways to make it. This looks good and different. High five!
