Very Easy Chicken Parisienne Recipe

	very easy chicken mushroom soup sauteed mushrooms sour cream sherry

Ingredients

6 five ounce chicken breasts, skinned and boned

1-10 ounce can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup fresh sauteed mushrooms

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup sherry

Paprika

Directions

In pan with butter, saute' mushrooms, sprinkling a little black pepper and white pepper

Place chicken in shallow, baking casserole dish

In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except paprika

Pour over chicken

Sprinkle generously with paprika

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until tender

I have had this recipe for a long, long time, except I use plain table white wine instead of sherry. Everyone loves it. One friend who couldn't abide mushrooms said she made it with cream of celery. I can't imagine it without mushrooms!
