How to make it

  • SOFTEN CREAM CHEESE IN MICROWAVE FOR 1 MINUTE. PUT IN SOUR CREAM AND THE SCALLIONS, AND GARLIC POWDER.
  • CUT UP THE BEEF SLICES IN SMALL PIECES AND MIX IT IN.
  • PUT IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 2 HOURS .
  • I'VE SPREAD THIS ON COCKTAIL RYE BREAD ALSO JUST AS A DIP. CUT UP 6 BAGELS IN PIECES AND DIP THEM INTO THE DIP.
  • IT WILL BE A HIT A ANY EVENT.

    It is in the lunch meat section of the grocery store in bags I have also used ham diced up real small.

    If someone looking at this recipe has never tried this, you really should! Whenever I bring this to a potluck or party, it is gone soooo fast...it is addictive stuff, and so simple to make! Thanks for posting it, SueT.
