Ingredients

Brew a 10-cup pot of delicious, bold coffee (suggestions: French, Italian, Verona, Columbian, even Christmas Blend)

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/3 cup water

Directions

Over medium heat, in saucepan, whisk sugar, cocoa, cinnamon

Then add water slowly, boil for 1 minute

Add to coffee, stir and serve immediately

Keep hot and stir again if served later

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or milk or sugar
