How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Thaw pastry and place flat.
  • Spread softened butter over surface of pastry.
  • Coat buttered surface with sugar.
  • Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon.
  • Roll pastry with filling to the inside.
  • Slice pinwheels approximately ½ inch thick from the roll.
  • Place pinwheels on “sprayed” baking sheet. Place in oven and bake at 350 until pastry is done.
  • Allow to cool and serve. It will soon be apparent why these are called “Stickies!”
