  • Blend ingredients together.
  • Pour into 9 inch pie plate.
  • Sprinkle top with the 1/2 cup of coconut.
  • Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Debra, do you guys get the Pioneer brand pancake/biscuit mix in your area?
    Not to be bossy, but please, give it a try as an alternative to Bisquick if you find it! I actually find it much better, and think it'll be a good ingredient substitute.
    Other than that, thanks for providing such a quick recipe that combines custard and pie!

    Hi Debra, This sounds so great! I've never really liked bisquick, but I would really like to try your recipe. Is the crust that forms tender? Thanks!
