if you are worried about the alcohol - it cooks off but maybe you should not serve it to small children. it is a rich winter dish certain to make you feel warm.

This does sound interesting. I will have to give it a try. I would not have thought of soaking the lentils in wine. I have also never used pork belly. Not that it is not easy to find in my area I just never had the desire to use it. Thank you for the posting it is a very interesting idea.
