Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix sugar, eggs, salt and flour in a saucepan until creamy. Add pineapple juice and cook until thickened. In a large bowl, pour the pudding over the green pasta and let set for eight to ten hours or overnight.
  • Add in the TOPPING ingredients and refrigerate three to four hours before serving. This will keep in the fridge at least two weeks.

excellent! Have made it before and loved it but the green makes it more fun, still has the same great taste, and cute name, but the food coloring was a nice added touch. Thank you. Grand children love it.

I make this often--never heard it called this, though. Tastes better the longer it sits and the flavors marry.
