Baked Custard for two

I love custard, not so with the rest of my family, I just do not understand them.
Ingredients
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 3 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, lightly beat the egg.
- Add milk, sugar, vanilla and salt.
- Pour into two ungreased 6 ounce custard cups.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Set in pan containing 1/2 to 1 inch of hot water.
- Bake at 350 f for 35 minutes or until set. Like all custards a knife in the middle comes out clean it is done!
