Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds stew beef in 1/2 inch cubes

1 can tomato paste

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1/2 cup red wine

1/2 teaspoon cumin

4 small garlic cloves

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or more to taste

1 bay leaf

2 tablespoons raisins

2 whole cloves

Directions

Mix all ingredients in crock pot then cover and cook on low four hours.
