How to make it

  • Slice onions into ¼ inch thick pieces and separate rings.
  • Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium to medium high heat.
  • Add onions, pecans salt, pepper and garlic to pan. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sauté until onions are tender and butter begins to brown.
