Ingredients
- 4-6 medium to large onions
- 1½ cup pecan pieces
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 Tbsp butter
- salt to taste
- ground Cayenne pepper to taste
Directions
- Slice onions into ¼ inch thick pieces and separate rings.
- Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium to medium high heat.
- Add onions, pecans salt, pepper and garlic to pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sauté until onions are tender and butter begins to brown.
