  • peel three bulbs of garlic about 15 to 20 cloves place in blender with 1 cup of olive oil and blend slowly add 3/4 cup of fresh lime juice. serve sauce in indivisual dishes for each person to dip roasted chicken in store left over sauce in glass container reblend to use it becomes milder after referigeration I use left over sauce to flavor stew or to top pork roast for a crusty topping with cracked pepper

    I think I would roast the garlic. OUr family is a big garlic family. We love it, it goes on the list like eggs, milk, bread,and garlic. Thanks. I may try this.
