I found this recipe on back of the EggNog Carton, and thought share with everyone else. Looks good, especially if you're a EggNog lover.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Darigold Light, Regular, or Classic Egg Nog
  • 12 thick slices stale firm white bread
  • 8 Tbsp (1 stick) Darigold butter, not margarine

Directions
  1. Pour the egg nog into a shallow bowl and dip the bread slices into it, turning to coat both sides
  2. Melt 2 tbsp of the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat
  3. Add 2 or 3 slices of the bread and fry until golden on both sides
  4. Repeat with remaining bread and butter.
