Fresh Fruit and pudding on top of cake!
Reminds me of some cakes we had in Germany! So refreshing..

Ingredients
- # 1 (18.25 oz.) yellow cake mix, baked according to directions in a single layer
- # 2 (3 3/4 oz.) boxes sugarfree instant vanilla pudding, prepared according to directions
- # Assorted fruit, such as kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, mandarin oranges, strawberries
- # Raw cane sugar (optional)
Directions
- Spread the pudding evenly on top of the cooled cake and place fruit artistically on pudding according to shape and color. Chill cake at least 1 hour, sprinkle raw sugar over fruit and serve.
